Terms and Conditions for Commissioning Artwork

When Chestslot.com commissions an artwork from you as an artist, it means we pay you to create the work, and
Chestslot.com takes over all rights to the finished artwork. At the same time, we guarantee that you will be
credited as the creator of the work. Here’s what this involves:

1. What Chestslot.com Commissions
Chestslot.com may commission various types of artwork from you, including:
● Visual works (e.g., images, illustrations, graphics).
● Literary works (e.g., texts, scripts).
● Digital works and games (e.g., interactive media, game design).

All details about the specific work, including requirements for content, format, and deadlines, will be agreed upon
between you and Chestslot.com in advance.

2. What You Agree To
When Chestslot.com commissions an artwork from you, you agree that:
● You create the work specifically for Chestslot.com, and we take over all rights to the finished work once it
has been delivered and paid for.
● Chestslot.com may use the work wherever and however we wish, including modifying, adapting, reselling,
or using it commercially.
● You guarantee that the work you deliver is original and does not infringe on anyone else’s rights.
● If the work includes identifiable persons (e.g., in a photo or manuscript), you have obtained the necessary
permissions from the individuals involved.

3. Payment
Chestslot.com will pay you an agreed-upon fee to create the artwork.
● Payment will be made either as a lump sum or in installments, as agreed upon in advance.
● Payment will be made via MobilePay within 14 days after Chestslot.com has received and approved the
finished work.

4. Rights
4.1 Once Chestslot.com has paid for the work, we take full ownership and all rights to the finished artwork. This
includes:
● Copyright, which gives us the right to use, modify, distribute, and sell the work.
● The right to use the work both commercially and non-commercially.
4.2 You retain the right to showcase the work as part of your own portfolio, unless we agree otherwise.

5. Crediting You as the Artist
Chestslot.com understands how important it is for you as an artist to be acknowledged for your work. Therefore,
we guarantee that:
● Your name will be associated with the work wherever it is practical.
● Credit will be given in accordance with industry standards, such as on printed materials, digital platforms,
or other places where the work is used.
If you wish to be credited in a specific way (e.g., using an artist name or pseudonym), please inform Chestslot.com
of this in advance.

6. What Chestslot.com Cannot Accept
Chestslot.com cannot enter into an agreement for your artwork if:
● You do not own the rights to it.
● It contains material that infringes on the rights of others (e.g., copies of other people’s works).
● It does not meet the requirements we agreed upon in advance (e.g., format or quality).
We reserve the right to reject the work if it does not meet the agreed requirements.

7. Changes and Revisions
If Chestslot.com requests changes to the work during the process, this will be discussed with you. Minor changes
are included in the agreed price, while major changes may require additional payment, which will be agreed upon in
advance.
